Food for tomorrow...

Have a full day Reiki 1 training tomorrow, so Im busy cooking now so I have stuff to eat there.  I made some mashed cauliflower, chorizo (with no sugar or starch), and a big salad with peppers, tomatoes, onions, romaine and some Maple Glen Farms Sugar Free Vinagrette.  It should be SO yummy.  Im also making some cauliflower pizza crust to try for breakfast with some bruschetta in the morning...
